HTP Cyberline Solutions Private Limited Developed Tour Management Software for Reputed Tour Operating Organisation. This Solution manages the End to End Process in the Holiday Package Industry.

Abstract

Client’s prime objective was to arrive at a seamless Booking & registration process by which they would be in touch with their customers, regularly updating them with regards to their investments (Booking, Registrations, Tour Itinerary, Status On Payments & Other Facilities), thereby giving lending to them a personal touch.

At the same time the internal process controls were also set in so as to ensure that all statistical reports across departments were available at the touch of the button.

Client Description

Client is an upcoming reputed Tour Operator which operates Holiday Packages all over the country with office spread all over Maharashtra, Kolkata, Gujarat & Goa.

Problem Statement

When the client came to HTP Cyberline Solutions, all the process was being managed manually. Right from Registrations, Bookings, Tour Plans, Transportation & Accommodation etc. They needed to be automated on top priority and with a faster turnaround time. Why? The Current process was creating huge backlog there by putting a lot of pressure on the Organisation on delivery, data in accuracy which in turn were leading to Customer Complaints.

The Client was facing on one side an exponential growth and on the other hand the process were letting the organisation down, the need for a robust as well as easy to use and manage solution was the need of the hour. This Solution would be easy accessible, give a faster turn round time to internal employees as well as external customer was becoming extremely important and critical.

At the same time the internal process had to be as stringent as possible as they ensured the health of the organisation would be thoroughly monitored by ways of accurate reporting across departments which would assist the management team to ensure the biggest challenge that of changing the Customer Complaint into Customer Delight.
