Client Description

Client is a reputed Pharma Lab Equipment Manufacturing & Testing Services alongwith other services like Stability Chamber Manufacturing, Storage & Analytical services that match to the best in the industry.

Problem Statement

Client had multiple applications running simultaneously & independent of one another. Hence there was less or no visibility department wise thereby creating complex situations in the Sale to Delivery Process, thereby effecting clients Net Profitability.

Business Drivers and Objectives

With the growth in Clients Business, the need for a single enterprise application for all business sites became imperative. Other business drivers included factors like:
